Everything in Essential, plus proactive planning. An annual tax planning meeting to find savings before year-end, and priority response whenever you reach out.
Tier 3 — Executive
Everything in Advisory, at full engagement. Quarterly estimated payments recalculated each quarter from your actual income rather than last year's numbers, plus multiple tax planning meetings per year, so your strategy keeps pace with your business.

Meet Your CPA
I'm Joshua Yebba, a licensed Tennessee CPA and the owner of Joshua Yebba, CPA, PLLC in Franklin. Before opening my own firm, I spent over 15 years as a business owner myself, so I understand the challenges entrepreneurs face firsthand. That includes what it's like to deal with unresponsive, inattentive CPAs. I built this practice to be the opposite: attentive, responsive, and proactive, with a focus on the complex situations many preparers avoid, such as cryptocurrency, equity compensation, and investment real estate.

I only accept clients residing or relocating to Tennessee.

Either works. Your choice. Most clients handle everything online: secure document upload, electronic signatures, and video or phone meetings on your schedule. But if you'd rather sit down face-to-face, I'm happy to meet at my Franklin office in Cool Springs. Same service either way.

Yes. I can prepare returns for prior years and help you get caught up if you have unfiled returns. The sooner you address unfiled returns, the better. Penalties and interest accrue over time.
